First and foremost, thank you for supporting our small shop! You can find important shop policies and daily updates regarding your order ETA and turnaround times on this page.

  • Due to the recent extreme delays in product arrival, our shop will no longer be participating in non-seasonal Loungefly pre-orders. We will only be offering in-stock ready to ship items once they arrive.
  • We will still be offering select seasonal pre-orders, as well as pre-orders for Limited Release or B by Bibbidi exclusive items.

In-stock items are typically fulfilled in 1-5 business days!

Returns can be requested up to 7 days after product arrival and will be case-by-case

Important Policies and FAQ

Pre-Order ETA Ship Dates

  • Unfortunately, due to the global freight crisis, shipment ETA's are subject to change. We update the table on this page daily with the most current information that is available to us.
  • While we understand how frustrating it is for your order to be delayed (trust us, it frustrates us too!), unfortunately these circumstances are not something we can control. In addition to the port delays, sometimes there are delays in the time it takes for Loungefly to ship to retail partners. So just because Loungefly.com OR another small shop retailer has a product in-stock, this does not mean we also have the product.
  • We typically fulfill orders within 1-2 days of receiving product from Loungefly.

What if I order multiple items, both in-stock and pre-order?

  • Your order does not ship until ALL products that you ordered are in-stock and available to ship. So, if you purchase in-stock items along with pre-order items, your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship
  • If you order multiple pre-order items and notice that one or some of your items are no longer on the table below, but your order has not shipped yet, then likely some of your pre-ordered items have arrived but your order will still be held until the remainder of your order arrives and becomes available.
  • You have 2 options: 1- you can wait for the remainder of your items to arrive and your entire order will ship together, or 2- you can submit a contact request and pay separate shipping for the in-stock portion of your order and we will be happy to split your order into 2 shipments.
  • If you choose to wait, you can use the latest ETA from the table below that corresponds to an item in your order to determine when your complete order will ship

What if I ordered a Bibbidi Exclusive Small Shop Item?

  • Our small shop partners are AMAZING, and create one-of-a-kind products! Please remember to pay attention to the ETA in the listing for small shop items (especially in bundles).
  • Most of our small shop partners are small family companies like us, or owned/operated by one person. Please be patient with these turnaround times. Most of these items are hand-made and require a little extra time! Trust us- it will be worth the wait!
  • Bibbidi exclusive shirts are also made-to-order unless specifically listed as "ready to ship".

Can I Cancel My Order?

  • In-stock orders cannot be cancelled. They begin processing the moment they are placed.
  • You can cancel your pre-order, but please note that all preorders will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Please contact us and submit a ticket for order cancellation requests.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

  • This is literally the WORST! Unfortunately, once your order leaves our facility it is in the careful hands of the courier. B by Bibbidi cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages if your tracking shows DELIVERED.
  • If your package gets lost while traveling through the USPS or FedEx network, please reach out via our contact page and we can assist you with filing a claim for your lost package.

Can I make changes to my order once it is placed? (i.e. address changes, etc)

  • Orders begin processing the minute they are placed and cannot be changed once submitted.
  • Please carefully review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure shipping and billing addresses, quantities ordered, or sizes of clothing are correct. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address after the order is confirmed.
